Honestly they can shovel out whatever poo poo they want to and call it whatever and most likely be good legally. They're only hard legally liable for physical backer rewards. As far as I can see nothing illegal has been done. Just unethical/incompetent poo poo. edit: They'll just be banned from kickstarter like that fem frequency lady is.
