So I ended up making the chicken stuffed with oysters. I was gonna post a trip report here, but it ended up tasting really good, and the photos turned out quite nice as well.

My dad made some tuna salad today, and for some reason he put apples in it. Is this a midwestern thing? Because I don't like it one bit. I'd take a picture but it's not much to look at.
