Other than maybe their assets server being held together with duct tape and it couldn't handle the strain of a bunch of people altering their player models all the time.

I wish there was some sort of decent bonus for keeping a 5-6 star wanted level for a long time. I backed myself into an underground garage with one entrance, and had a good time just staying back and letting the cops come to me. A makeshift survival mode, I guess.

To be a VIP, you need a million bucks in cash/your bank to start an organization , so I could easily see this being three million to start, with the purchasables bringing that number up quite a bit.

A base yacht with no upgrades was 5 mill while a yacht with all the most expensive upgrades cost exactly 10 mill. I think it's likely there will be good-better-best tiers of this executive stuff and I think that's the kind of price spread you're looking at.
