I met some more good doggos at the shelter. This is Red. He's a Rhodesian Ridgeback and was pretty depressed about being separated from his previous owner. He got adopted last night by a great family who already has another senior Ridgeback. Couldn't have asked for a better forever home. This is Toto. All he wants to do is snuggle. He wouldn't let me take his picture because he had to be glued to my lap. This is Heather. She's a Pitt Bull Mix and has the absolute sweetest personality. A little 8 year old girl was using her as a pillow and she was all about it. She's a super chill, loving dog. This is Cree again. I love Cree. I drew Cree fan art.

Wild skunks are not dangerous so long as you respect their fairly obvious warning language. I've known a few folks to feed the wild skunks on their property and strike up a pretty amicable relationship.

From wikipedia:Shore Clingfish article posted:Its length is up to 65 mm. L. lepadogaster is also classified as a cryptobenthic fish. Cryptobenthic simply means that the fish is both behaviorally and visually cryptic.[2] The term is also used mainly to describe adult fish of a certain size, roughly around 5cm in length.[3] What a shifty character that Lumpsucker is.

I've known a few folks to feed the wild skunks on their property and strike up a pretty amicable relationship. When I was growing up we had a family of wild skunks in the neighborhood that would come up to our house to eat the food we put out for our cats. They were pretty chill as long as we didn't actually go onto the porch as they were eating. There was also a neighbor's dog who also came over to help himself to some of the food. Like once a month we'd hear her start loudly barking on our porch and when we got there she'd have been Sprayed by a skunk but so proud of herself like she was going "I have defended your home, human! Praise me!"

Esme's living in my storeroom amid all the boxes and things. The door's open, but the only other place she feels like going so far is my room. Jessie's been pretty hissy, but not too bad about it. She's mostly missing Rocky. The saddest thing is that earlier, she started meowing at my back door. I thought maybe she needed to go into the yard, so I opened the door. But she just stood there and started meowing more and more frantically. That's where I took Rocky out through. It's the last place she saw him. She was trying to get him to come back inside. EDIT: Sasha was Esme's shelter name. Esme Weatherwax is her forever home name.
