Considering how awfully that place was run and how badly the guns were maintained (the AK in question was rusting and corroding on the inside, began firing full auto only, got the bolt stuck back once, and finally ended the last magazine with the bolt stuck forward and safety unable to be turned on), I'm guessing these guys aren't high-end guys making their own dealer samples.

Depends on who/what is doing the dropping. If you have a laser system for accurate ranging/targeting, a system for measuring winds aloft, a skilled bombardier, and come in for a low altitude/high angle release, you can get drat good accuracy out of unguided bombs. A shot like that requires both luck and skill though.
