I mean its nice that TTG grilled itself to give PPG a boost, but its pretty drat telling that TTG's style and love of details of both shows is what drove the episode. It feels more like a TTG episode than a Powerpuff one, not a weird and fun mixture like Uncle Grandpa meets Steven Universe, straight up TTG schooling PPG while looking like a fool for the audience's enjoyment and that's why I like it. Mojo Jojo should become a recurring TTG villain.

It definitely seemed like a reference to something, given that she immediately dropped her normal personality to go full-tilt into the coconut cream pie gag. She's Mary Ann in the extended Gilligan reference. Was Mary Ann obsessed with pies or domesticity?

I can't believe the millionaire and his wife didn't have any speaking roles. Listening to Thurston Howell talk was literally the only entertaining thing about Gilligan's Island. Also I eagerly await "President Coconut" becoming a euphemism for Obama.
