I really don't understand the fear of being sued by CIG in this thread.

Nor would it be libel to state that a specific person performed whatever. That would be irrefutable fact.

Even linking a video or image would not be libelous. Still, I would recommend only doing so if it was posted on a site responsible for age verification, etc.

I can understand taking the moral high road, but not being concerned about legal action.

Yea if we count all the refunds we gotta be at the 500k mark. Its not the refunds that are hurting cig its the loss of confidence that leads to less purchases being the real killer. Hence the sales requiring "new money" no store credit etc.

Didn't Tallardar get a refund a couple of years ago? I remember Goons and autists getting mad at him because he wrote for Mittani and it was biased or whatever idiots got mad about back then. Maybe it was for MW:O instead. My refund memory is fuzzy.

The PU is completely broken and unplayable. Only play the module that isn't being worked on, and that citizens do not care about.

At least they got the 'fair' part of it right. I'm surprised the citizens aren't up in arms about how it misrepresents the state of the game, and how much and how fast progress is being made. This seems no different than the other Polygon articles discussing how broken the game currently is.
