The anarchy's children DLC made it so your armor randomizes whenever you equip something new. And a lot of the AC appearances are.. Weird.

Is there any way to switch back from the Anarchy style? All of my soldiers ended up in it for predator armor but I can't seem to find one like for the base armor.

Choose the bits that aren't marked with the Anarchy symbol. Arms are probably switching it over, since the base sets don't have individual arm bits.

To elaborate, you have to switch the torso piece back to a standard one before you can fix arms.

It's a hilarious and amazing skill. It's also a very potentially problematic one with lots of potential for self-harm.
