The lack of finish on the model (Arms, hands, fingers, toes) makes it difficult to give you more directed critique other than 'Finish modeling it.' Hands, fingers, arms, and toes are important to measuring out body canons and proportions. You'll run into this a lot, there's a lot of re-doing art assets from scratch in any visual industry which is why it takes so long and is so expensive. Don't be afraid to pour your heart into this model yet still eventually need to re-do it. It happens. If you're only looking for specific touch-up areas before you commit to the extremities, be aware that I'm referencing Greek/traditional body canon ideals and not anything more stylized than that. Consider making the muscle forms less smoothly-blended so that we can differentiate the muscle masses on this person. She's very skinny so we'd be able to see more of where her ribcage meets her abdomen, it wouldn't be blended so smoothly. Her knees are 1/3 head length too high. The groin is 1/8th or 1/4th head length too low and the boobs both originate and hang 1/2 head too high on her chest. The lack of a skin fold where the butt hangs down is an extremely rare body feature that usually only occurs on the skinniest of male models, although you could run out into the street and scream 'Stop censoring me!! I'm Stylizing her!!' if you like, I don't mind. Hope that is appropriate to what you wanted to hear about, although you could focus on finishing the model completely to the best of your ability instead of waffling over the torso for much longer. last week in class we were told to start working on a bipedal model for rigging in the second part of the semester. I asked if it could have an animal's head and fur. No one laughed. In that moment I was genuinely disappointed with my life. If you can't joke about furries with non-artists and you can't joke about furries with artists, then who the gently caress anyway my point is there are questions that need to be answered like would Inspector Gadget's dick be mostly flesh or mostly robo what would sexbot anus look like

The reason why no one laughed is because all of your classmates are either furries or they're aware that there are furries in class. Edit: Also, I dunno, animation heads and fur aren't exactly unheard of in the digital arts, sexually charged or not.

If memory serves right disney hired some dude that drew vore art at some point. I'd be suprised if anyone in the animation industry isn't aware of the fact that their talent is a highly eccentric bunch.

 I finished this off yesterday and got like 10 sales already so it's going good so far. Also for reference point that body I'm working on is for something a bit more normal anyway. Just a karate girl more or less.  (only the bottom part was drawn by me, I commissioned a really cool guy to help set the tone for her.) Okay, so... While I know from experience that LP has a streaming thread, does CC have one for artstreaming? I ask because... Well, posting an artstream on twitter gets me a grand total of sod-all people watching, and it would be nice for a) Somebody to watch me make an art, b) For me to see other folks making an art, and c) live critique and tips, because I know that, like practice, that's p. useful for continuing to grow as a digital drawing/painting type person. Of course, the second question if the answer is "No", is... Would folks want me to make one?

For critique I'd stick with still images. If you want to stream with other artists, Twitch has a creative category. Real-time advice is a nice thought, but the occasional corrections are just as good. Plus you need to allow yourself to make mistakes in the first place. Watching an artist real-time is very time-intensive for the critic anyway.

Twitch is kinda poopy for doing art stuff. just about everyone is using Pixcarto these days. it's explicitly for artists and has multistream functionality/customization if you feel like dropping ten bucks a month to be the host. free users can be invited into multistreams though, so you don't HAVE to put any money in if you don't want to.
