As someone who works in the neuroscience field this is just excruciating. Why is their brain literally pressing up against the dorsal aspect of their eyeballs? Where's their loving skull at!? Also look at how they wrote "climb" in there. They wrote "Cimb" then had to jam the 'L' in afterwards.

Nah I'm pretty sure I've seen that style of lettering before. In fact, I think it was on a very similar picture but with different words. Perhaps that was the inspiration.
