What is this even? It looks less like a dish and more like wellish plated food trash. It's just a random assortment and the 30 degree FOV isn't doing it any favors

It's my understanding that pizza tonno is a pretty common thing in Europe. I'm more put off by PET MILK though. God the fifties were stupid

Veggie salad with eggs, dressing, toast. This particular one looks pretty bad, but tuna pizza is a pretty normal thing.

She is being sarcastic when she says #wifeme. Her post is acknowledging that her actions were not in fact sophisticated adulting. Not every person in the world is a complete un-self-aware idiot, and if you start to feel like they are, you need to take some time away from pyf mock threads, honestly.

If you put ranch in anything as an "ingredient" and then call it a casserole you deserve to be in this thread.

Panfilo posted:How is it that different than using sour cream, cream of onion soup, etc as an ingredient? Sour cream is an ingredient, unlike ranch, cream of onion soup, or "etc" which I assume is composed of other processed packaged foods. Edit: Ranch dressing can be delicious, it's use is just, much like cream of onion soup, often a symptom of having no idea how to cook.

I shall have nothing but untainted dairy grace my pans of slop. To season dairy before it reaches the pan is a processing sin of gravest concern. I'm not about to use them but I recognize ranch, cream of onion soup, and other dairy fats with a load of MSG and seasoning are kind of necessary mulligans when you consider how many people don't have a spice cupboard and don't know how to use measuring spoons. Its like the only way some people's meals are going to get seasoned and not just be pure richness.

Ranch is just a popular thing to bitch about in TYOOL 2016 much like bacon. I've had amazing mole sauce with chicken that consisted of several processed ingredients in its production but I don't take that as an indicator that the person who made it doesn't know how to cook.

I'm going to post something extremely controversial. When my husband and I go camping, we stay up drinking beer until 4 am then roast jalepeno cheddar smokies on the fire, and top them with ranch, kethcup, and this poo poo: It's amazing drunk food, especially outdoors where dishes are obnoxious.

Those crunchy fried onions are good as heck but I don't buy them because I end up snacking on them. Same with those cooked bacon crumbles. Your camping sounds quite like my camping.
