unfortunately, it's probably a typical scenario that plays out in criminal investigations every day....the DA has to weigh the chances and kind of an ROI of the investment of public money into prosecuting someone to go forward if it's worthwhile. this is coming from someone who has been charged with a string of felonies related to guns and drugs and gotten received dismissals (nolle prosequi) because the prosecution either calculates low odds of conviction or that the conviction or plea obtained in regard to the public money spent to prosecute is not worth it

also, when prosecuting a person like hillary that has a treasure trove of US secrets and other secrets regarding multitudes of others in public office things can get very messy in a high profile trial if she decides to start going all "scorched earth"

the "conspiracy fantasies" are what everyone loves to dream about unfortunately

And once they got to tugging on their collars, it's seems more likely the political and business world would just quietly drum her out of the public arena for life. She'd be persona non grata at everything but funerals.

And I would *absolutely* wipe any data that wasn't being subpoena'd because like was already said screw them having all my personal info that they don't need.
