How far are people loitering from the control point to not be in a position to defend against a hero that in theory might only be able to cap the first 10% of the point before it gets revealed to enemies? If her stealth was on a long cool down the defenders would really have to be asleep at the wheel to let it be a major issue.

there's a maximum to how fast you can capture so it'd mostly be down to facilitating backcaps on cocky teams or breaking the stall on maps like hanamura. you can't capture a point if a defender is on it so it shouldn't even come into the equation in a team fight unless you gently caress up it's actually not that useful in this game since there's nothing like badlands last in tf2 where you can cap it in like a second. hell, there aren't any 5cp maps so it'd actually be a pretty useless ability unless the defenders just gently caress up monumentally. I would think that that's why people like tracer and genji don't have the ability

Kings Row and Anubis have such natural defense points that I don't know why teams overextend past them because it turns something so easy into too hard.

Maybe he gets some ground slam ability that let's him rapidly drop down to the ground, the damage and affected radius could be proportional to the distance he dropped. So you could find interesting places to do sick elephant drops. But your opponents also know this so they're not going to make it easy if they see a huge elephant perched up on a ledge. He could grab dudes with his trunk and Chuck em in whatever direction you flick the mouse. Since this gives you a lot of control, the range and cool down would have to be tweaked. I was thinking he could have maybe like vampire powers? Only instead of blood he sucks the Chi out of his enemies. This could be a life steal ability where he sucks their chi out by impaling then with his tusks, and if two enemies were standing at just the right spot he could hit both at the same time with it or something. His ult could be a psychic blast out of his trunk like a hitscan attack that if you hit the initial target it'll split into mini lasers that bounce around and heal allies for a small amount if they happen to stand in the way. I like the idea of a psychic tandem cyborg war elephant in Overwatch!

What about a velociraptor like like the one from the old turok games? He can flail his arms around rapidly, or swipe each claw at the same time to do more damage per swipe but slower. Pounce, and for his ultimate he can summon a swarm of those tiny dinosaurs (Compsognathus) that you see overwhelm people in the Jurassic park movies.

Is it sad that I want Hanzo to be nerfed? Not because I think he's broken or overpowered, but because I'm sick and tired of seeing 2 of them in every game? It's always the same couple of weeabos that play him and have twice as much time playing him as all the other characters combined, and 4 times out of 5 they are worthless fodder that gets eaten by reaper/tracer/winston before contributing anything special.

His projectiles need a re-nerf but honestly what you're feeling would just be replaced by whatever hero annoyed you the next most if they did nerf him. It's normal to feel that way.

Scatter arrow one-shots an unshielded Zarya. As someone who regularly flails uselessly against a Zarya, I enjoy this immensely. Especially when I one shot them coming out of their spawn multiple times and the salt dam breaks.

There's an invisible progression chart for 11yr/olds and Wannabes: every team must have at least one Hanzo, if no one selects Hanzo, then Genji must be selected, if no one selects Genji, then Reaper must be chosen. This is the list of cool and good characters. Also, New Map types would be great! there's still Double-Payload and Gravel Pit "2>1" Capture Point that could work for Overwatch. 5cp is possible but doesn't fit well with Overwatch's deathball gameplay.

The next Character should be the master of gravity, Gravitar They can hit space to attach to local walls and use them like normal floor. primary fire - pellet that pushes anyone hit back until they hit something (like rein's pin) E AOE explosion causing anyone in range to float up into the sky for 5 seconds L Shift - perform mega jump equal to Genji's double jump Ult, Like Zarya's ult but rather than in a small area like a black hole it just insta freezes anyone in a 20 m radius, they can still fire etc, just not move for 7 seconds.(so like multiple junkrat traps)

What would you call the map type where the payload would be in the middle and the teams have to reach it and push it into the opposing teams base? Sorry.. Not familiar with these things.
