That doesn't look like the famous Pogo the Clown face paint but who knows. Apparently John Wayne Gacy had, for clowns, very weird face paint in that it had very sharp angles and points when it should actually be round shapes. Clowns have a lot of clown rules and it's weird.

I know that he had a few different clown personas, but I really don't know if that was one of them. However, with that crazy rear end blood-splattered mouth pattern I am more than willing to bet that it is. No honest-to-goodness clown puts that on and thinks "oh yes, this will definitely delight the children!"

When I was a kid we'd vacation down in Cocoa Beach, FL, and I swear there was a bus stop bench there that had Pogo on it-by name-endorsing like, some real estate company or something. And it was there for years after Gacy became famous.
