They book some of the big names in mexico against a pretty good collection of local guys. It seems like there's a tier system now with FloSlam getting the bigger indies, some of which already have streaming services, and Powerbomb getting the second-tier indies.

Watching SHINE 38, and the picture quality is great BUT, the audio for me was off the entire show. At times, the audio was only a split second behind the video but at other times, it was a solid 2 seconds behind. Very annoying.
