the Yanks have almost entirely purged their 2013 offseason splurge, which is actually fairly impressive. Only contract left is Ellsbury, which would take a Herculean effort to get someone to take

Reddick would be a good get for the Stros. McCann's fine as a DH, I guess. I wonder if this means they're moving on from Castro, I'm not up to date on the contract situations.

that seems kind of... light? I have no idea who these guys are

Both guys are getting high marks from reporters, but for a catcher who is producing around 20 wrc+ better than the league average, I wanted guys a lot closer to the bigs.

Reddick was good in Oakland. Something of a fan favorite too, I know a lot of A's fans wanted them to offer him an extension last season. I think he gets a pass for sucking in LA because he was coming back from a broken thumb.

Meanwhile, that's one less OF for the Giants to sign. But honestly I would be kind of OK with a Parker/Williamson platoon in left. Spend money on the bullpen first, IMO.

It's a lot harder to be terrible when you have an MVP-caliber player in any other sport. If Steph was playing for the Sixers last season they'd have won a lot more than 10.

I don't know about recording the final out, but the MVP has won the World Series 40 times.

The infographic is from 2012, so Buster Posey in 2012 and Bryant in 2016 are not shown.
