Holly is such a big bantamweight I'm surprised she doesn't want that shot at glory of possibly being the first woman in the UFC to have held titles in two divisions.

So Cyborg is probably gonna get her own weight class in the UFC despite her best efforts to sabotage her own career, rad. I wonder if the full power of the UFC can build an actual weightclass in the equivalent of women's super-heavyweight, or if she'll just beat the poo poo out of Marloes Coenen forever.

I'm sure theres some bantamweights that will come up for a shot at glory and they'll probably clear out Invicta of all their possible Featherweight prospects. And since they'll be earning more money hopefully it will result in better training/better opponents over time.

She should just say gently caress 135 and try to be as big and imposing at 145 as she can, aside from Tate she was able to control most of her opponents in the clinch iirc, and although it's unlikely it'd be interesting to see someone else bully Cyborg for a change.

She's not refusing to fight at 145, she's saying she's not currently healthy enough to fight and believes she will be ready for March. Sounds like she had some serious health issues after the Lansberg fight.

Cyborg is spamming on twitter about the reasons she turned these 145 fights down whilst forgetting the reason Dana revealed that poo poo in the first place. She said if she doesn't get a 145 division in the UFC she's leaving, which indicated the UFC had shown no interest whatsover in putting one together when it clearly had - twice. She looked at a beehive that was a few weeks away from giving lots of free honey and decided the wisest thing to do would be to give it a big old chute boxe kick.

I believe the ufc has grifted me out of my tickets for this weekend when they fired all of ufc Canada. This would have been the second time I have ever paid for a ufc event in my life whether it be live or ppv, so I guess it's only fair that they rob me for once

Cyborg's coaches openly stated on the last Embedded before her fight that she could drop muscle and make 135 but that would negate her power advantage. Her weight cut issues are all self-imposed. This would make sense if there was a thriving 145 division and you wanted that advantage, but the reality is 145 everywhere is 135ers or smaller fighting above their divisions. Double lol when you're openly calling out smaller fighters to fight in your higher weight class. Triple lol when you sign a contract stating you'll make an effort to get to 135 and instead put on weight.
