Yeah, I haven't been looking at them for a while now and that's a crazy price for that condition, but everything from the 70's is apparently worth $5k these days so I dunno anymore. Considering I know very little about cars but want to know more, the idea of a VW Beetle appeals to me. I've heard they are very simple machines and that sounds right up my alley. Yeah, Beetles were murder on floor pans. More than one person I know who had one had the seat fall through while they were driving. Another cautioned passengers not to step too hard on the floor as there was nothing under the floormat.

Don't like the look of that puddle underneath,. Bring an awl with you. Poke at the heater channels, AKA the side runners on the body right underneath where the doors close. Check underneath. If it pokes through or looks at all rusty, run away and buy mine for 2k.

 They have been sitting there +25 years in harsh Finnish climate, no papers, it's 3 hour trip from here, there's no price and he only sells them both together and cant get hold of seller. Still i want them.  Red one is 2 seater and white 7 seater, that's all the info about the cars. Both are pretty rare, even here. The cars come with spare parts from multiple 95/96. Hopefully he gets his phone to work or reads his E-mail before he gets them scrapped

I feel like we could write the quintessential craigslist post. 1968 dodge charger 440 6 pack hemi - $1 For sale, 1968 charger. No rust, needs floors and rear quarters. Runs well but needs a starter and carb kit. Interior is perfect, a couple tears in driver and passenger seat and cracks in the dash. No vin plate or title but that's only $20 at the DMV. Originally a 440/4 speed car but has a 318 in it now ran when parked, no fender tag. one owner, lady driven, never abused. $40,000 obo firm plus tax, will trade for $100,000 motorhome or 3 bedroom house.
