Are any of the xbone people out there gonna be going back to BLOPS 3? Cause I'd so be down for that. I am still having fun in IW despite all of its problem, but repeatedly playing with pubbies is starting to wear on me.

And then I started the Blops 3 campaign because gently caress it the servers are being weird tonight. Apparently it's okay and dumb at the same time what with the ammo packs just giving me all my throwing poo poo and I dunno why I have a Kuda over something like a KN-44 I take it I should try not to focus on the story and shoot robots.

Also I played some BLOPS3 this afternoon and it became incredibly obvious: Infinite Warfare is the superior game in every way related to the gameplay itself. Outside of it BLOPS3 is nicer but unfortunately IW beats it where it matters.

Look, I'm not saying a good game isn't lying underneath the bugs, lag, and corporate marketing fuckery that is Infinite Warfare (the movement is clearly better), I'm just saying that if you can't hit people properly, it doesn't matter how polished it is otherwise, it's still a turd.

Treyarch messed with the guns too much and most of them suck now. The Vesper might as well be a secondary at this point. The kick on that gun is insane. Also Specialist abilities take way too long to charge and don't last very long.

Playing on blops3 after IW makes me feel like I'm moving through molasses. Just slower movement overall. I'm a fan of the twitch gunplay I guess. The gimmick lobby we did last night was hilarious though.

I played Blops3 fora few hours and had a blast. Then I went over to IW and just constantly got turned on, hit markers, and other crap. I just can't like it, but if that's what everyone is going to play then I'm going to go where I can get into parties

Yeah, as much as I love crushing pubbies, it has been very frustrating. We pretty much have to play TDM in order to get an acceptable connection.

I have a fast connection, live miles from a major server hub, and most of my friends that I play with nightly are located fairly (or very) close geographically, so the netcode in this has been the best since Ghosts or MW2 for me. That said I've played a few matches that were p2p with lag and they were loving infuriating. I can't even imagine playing this game regularly if I was always lagged, there's so little margin for winning gunfights that if you're lagged, that margin is gone and every gunfight either turns into a coinflip regardless of how you engage (because of the low sprintout/ads/engine lag/fast player upload rates/etc), or you're at an active disadvantage. (on the other hand, I've also played matches with some west coast goons and those have been fine too so v  v)In other uninteresting news, I'm so drat close to Cheetos camo. Rest of the DMR, half of the Oni and the Kendall, that's it.

I'm okay with playing BO3 by myself, but if a bunch of people play with me, I have more fun. IW sucks pretty bad, but I'd rather play a bad game with a full party to bullshit with than play a good game all by myself.

IW has a problem with its netcode. I don't understand how I can be outgunned at close range against a NV4 with almost any AR-SMG-LMG that have a much higher damage/firing rate than it. Just did a match where I wanted to grind out the titan and this guy with a nv4 got me in every single fight we were locked on at closed range, both of us landing our shots I do tremendously better in BO3 than I do in IW, I average between a 50 to 80 ping in BO3 and I highly doubt that it is the same in IW considering I lose almost everygoddamn fights to the nv4 with much better guns.

Main perk is you can hipfire it with extreme accuracy, and it has very slight tracking so you just need to get it close to your target to deal damage. Downside: Incredibly visible, loud, and drains ammo pretty quick. Fun to use but I don't think I'd burn salvage on it.
