Using pretty much any image editor, create a new image big enough to fit all the images you want to combine. Copy and paste each original image into the new one and position them as desired. Save. Regardless of which editor you're using you should be able to figure it out pretty easily.

The Trump Pizza, complete with wall. The only problem is that by the second slice of this huge thing, the mozz sticks in the middle aren't gonna be hot any more. Just cheese sticks on a pizza. Kinda weird. BUT WOULD! WOULD!

Its the turducken issue. Any gentle cooking will cause large portions of it to enter the danger zone and breed swathes of microorganisms who might ultimately die but will leave their equivalent of microorganism poo poo all over. You need to roast it and quickly enough that the extremities are going to suck.

Along the same lines rotisserie chickens and thanksgiving turkeys are technically food abominations and poultry should be parted out or spatchcocked but tradition is a hell of a thing.

lol. by the time the inside of the burg was warm enough, the outside would be overcooked and gross. it takes hours for the heat to penetrate into a burger that thick.

You can't overcook a thing if you cook it at the temperature you want it at, which is the whole point of sous-vide.
