Oh hell yeah. Pickles on pizza is one of those things I've always wanted to do "properly" since I tried it once as a kid but they were too wet and made the whole thing soggy (plus my family made bad pizzas anyway). I am encouraged.

A touch of pickle relish in a hamburger-onion-cheese omelet is divine, too. It adds just the right amount of sour-tart and is a nice bright note in the mix. A little diner-y place by us would make cheeseburger omelets like this that were to die for.
