"All Dressed" Ruffles are in literally every loving grocery store I've been to in the last year or so. Publix, Winn Dixie, Hitchcock's, Wal-Mart. All of them have All Dressed Ruffles. They're delicious. Edit for new page content:

That looks a lot like something my mum makes that she calls 'ugly pasta'. Celery, onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper and brown lentils simmered in veggie stock, then you add ditalini pasta. The top one looks like a horrific oreos "fondue" dip. The bottom is making me think of that picture someone posted of a casserole dish with a damp towel in it, and progressively zoomed in pictures until you realize "the towel" is actually a thriving mold community.

This is more upsetting to me because the cheese below and to the right of the bottom piece of kiwifruit actually looks like a piece of raw chicken with skin on. I can't unsee it and it turns my stomach.
