We don't need to have that dialogue because it's obvious, trivial, and has already been had a thousand times.

The DLC content will consist of the VR player suddenly donning a stereotypical striped burglar outfit and being press-ganged into storming the gates of Mt. Gox.

Is there no review or quality control to Steam Greenlight games at all? Jesus gently caress you could publish your vore/diaperfur "game" independently outside of Steam if you wanted. I would have to have a child and explain to them why the cutesy furry game is Adults Only.

I suppose it is Western, as in it was made by two people in Venezuela. I'm also from there, so I'm a little sympathetic about it all, I hope those guys make it out someday, poo poo has already been worse by miles.

I think this is kinda relevant to the thread because I had no idea these games were so goddamn good, and I kinda missed out on stuff like Brigadoor or Enemy StarfighterHouse of the Dying sun, Furi when it came out because the next day, a dozen lovely awful games would come out just completely wipe it out from the popular new releases

seeing bloody boobs on the list was my "gently caress it, i give up" moment

I have a deal with a buddy that we must play any game gifted through steam, a system that works exactly how you expect. He was the one who played it, I bought it thinking it would be exactly what it looked like. All I remember is that there was a cryptic story after beating X amount of stages (he cheat engine through that part) and there were clues and symbols scattered around the VR section. I guess it was closer to those Payday mysteries than frog factions thinking back.

I have destroyed more of your kind than I can count.

Long before the Greenlight gates opened, even before Steam supported user reviews, a little first-person puzzler called Twin Sector held sway as one of the lowest-rated games on the platform by Metacritic. I've had it sitting around for years at this point, and I'm finally giving it a chance. Turns out the six and a half minute intro sets the tone pretty well.

Then you get into the game and huck barrels at things.

And solve clever puzzles like "where is the other button for this elevator".

I'm not holding out much hope for anything at this point.
