Really, the main reason for the riot was the audience consisting of two factions, one being rich people who were there for more traditional poo poo and bohemians who'd love anything if it pissed off the rich folks. In the end, most people who attended are supposed to have enjoyed the evening of the premiere, though something like 30 people were kicked out from the theatre for having fights and throwing poo poo at the orchestra. What I'm saying is yeah, classical audiences were way more punk rock back in the day and Stravinsky is baller.

No, do the you see, just touching a gun turns you into a violent maniac. But really, go to any gun range (formal or otherwise) and you will never see a more safety minded group in the world. Normal people are extremely mindful of their firearms. Source: I'm a liberal crybaby that owns several guns and think they are a lot of fun.

( One insane UI that was being developed was a great mix of clever and terrible. You could, for example, pull up a directory listing of image filenames. Then draw a circle around some of the filenames, and end the line you were drawing in a particular way (which you had to get just right or nothing would happen). This would trigger it to open a text box that you could type a command into, like "slideshow" or "print" or "email" and it would perform that action on those files. Of course, you had to know exactly what commands were suitable for the files you'd circled and spell it correctly, no context-sensitive hints or anything were provided.
