You can turn the settings way down. You do want it to run at constant 60 fps though, if you get any frame drops at all it can desync you with your opponent.

In about a month and probably? You can buy rev on consoles for really cheap and then upgrading it would be 20 bucks or you can wait and buy rev 2 for 40.
