An referrals contest. Just when you think CIG's marketing tactics can't get any more slimier, they prove you wrong. But at least the article detailing all these, as signs that "people should have noted as red flags" and "something scammy was going on but few noticed", when CIG eventually burns in a trash fire will be a lengthy one.
