yeah i think that's the point. like timing your punches not so that you hit them right away, but in several seconds after tracking them actively with your fist. its probably gotta feel real weighty for that to play well

i was looking at a breakdown of the marvel trailer to find out how the bursts work. they are called counter switch and cost 2 bars when you use them your health bar either flashes danger or that just happens as a warning and the trailer players hit burst right away idk but maybe it effects damage or maybe it doesn't they cause a character shift but the first character stays on screen in the combo he's getting hit by and continues to take damage. the second char runs in from the ground and can be used to interrupt the opponent's combo the opponent can bait this and be ready to counter the 2nd character i'm not super familiar with tvc's burst but is this better sounding or about the same? also here's the arms exhibition from today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2oF1J9EO8w as far as i can tell either the players are real bad or the game is just throwing yolo punches from max range
