If you have a washing machine plumbed in under that sink run the spin cycle a few times, the change in pressure can often act as a plunger. If you had told me when I was 15 that I'd know this domestic stuff now.....

i was gonna brew an ipa today until i realised that to free up bottles for bottling i would have to drink 20 beers this week and 40 the next. plus there's the refractory period implications so instead i'm loving around aimlessly

we've been through this. i have checked the u-bend, it is fine the issue is in the waste water pipe. if yeast slurry can block a pipe then i assume the pipe is microns thick. i suspect downstairs is somehow to blame, as they are assholes
