Endless 8 was great in the simulwatch. But I probably would have appreciated it a whole lot less if I had to wait a week between episodes.

I have, for whatever reason, watched it 3 times now. It is much worse all at once, and I would not recommend going through it sober. The simulwatch of it was also magical, but I'll credit that to drunken shitposting being fun.

Endless Eight as a concept, like the fact that KyoAni actually did that, is awesome and hilarious. In execution, it was interesting . . . for like three episodes, and then I had to start drinking straight liquor to make it through to the cathartic payoff at the end. Having the simulwatch thread open on my second monitor helped a lot.
