A buddy is dropping off some parts for my Gaggia classic. Italians make beautiful machines but they don't last for poo poo.

I bought some Guatemalan dark roast beans on amazon today. I hope they're oily. Oily beans are the best kinds of beans.

I use an aeropress and I've had the best results with a local roaster who does em up real nice and greasy. Also most of the drier looking beans I've tried haven't tasted as good.

Last time I got their Mocha Java blend and it's pretty good and tasty. Really brings out the fruitiness in the Ethiopian beans.

I've been buying cheap beans on amazon and using one of these to make cold brew at home. It owns and you can make 1L of concentrate that usually lasts about 1.5-2 weeks. It uses 10 oz of coffee per batch and ends up costing around 60c per drink (not including cream or sugar obvs)
