Good going steam page   The actual game in question  This is apparently by the same dev as Dragon Knight which looked like it *could* have been an interesting beat em up thing when I first saw it, but since then the dev has decided to focus more on adding fetish violence t&a stuff apparently as shown by the additions of screenshots to the store page of a girl being eaten alive or a girl getting stung horribly

There are hentai games - you just buy mildly sanitized versions on Steam, then go over to the dev's page to download or buy a patch that adds in the missing porn. It's not advertised on Steam but it's the first thing that gets brought up in reviews of said games.

Which is completely fine with Steam, and makes me wonder why they even have a no-porn rule if they let devs openly tell you the link to the 18+ patch. Just let them put it on the store page as DLC at this point.

I didn't realize Hunie pop was pornographic when it first came out, so I got it with plans to stream it as a joke for some steam friends. That ended fast and I was able to return it, thank god. The game is also spectacularly racist. It introduces the black female character with the fairy guide talking about "loving them some brown sugar". I couldn't get it off my hard drive fast enough.

I've got a classmate who insists she plays Huniepop for its mechanics, and is downright ashamed of it because of everything else about it. Having never touched the game myself I dunno what the deal is, but does anyone who has have a recommendation for games with the same mechanics but not the skeezy bits?

Okay I should've looked up a video before asking a dumb question, sorry. Looks like it's basically Tetris Attack, I guess her "I'm playing it for the mechanics" is basically just "I'm reading this porn mag for the articles, I swear". Oh well! I'd try to find a bad Steam game to post as tribute, but it looks like Steam's either down or my computer's messing with me so I can't even do that.

Several of the special gifts you can give to the girls are super racist as well. You get the Mexican woman sombreros and maracas and the Japanese woman chopsticks and bonsai trees. The Japanese woman will actually call you out on being a huge racist but laughs about it anyway.
