Oh god, Ninja 3 - my brother and I loved this series of movies when I was a kid. We must have rented these 3 movies as well as the American Ninja movies at least a dozen times from the video store (this was back before blockbuster existed and video stores were still mom & pop shops). They're trash, but in the best way possible

This, but especially because I wasn't into the franchise as a kid and have never watched the movies. I still love eps about weird bad films that I haven't seen (checking out a synopsis & trailer on imdb is usually everything you need, if that) but this whole month is gonna be a pass. flesh dance fucked around with this message at 06:48 on May 29, 2017 |

Ninja 3 is the first movie I ever got "What are you watching"d. Sadly it wasn't because of weird tomato juice sex scenes, rather it was the ninja possessing the girl near the beginning.

I think them doing all the Transformers movies this summer would be good, but all of them in a row might be a bit much.

I couldn't even look at the screen I was so embarrassed for everyone involved.

John Leguizamo is that one actor that if I seem him in a role and it doesn't annoy the everloving hell out of me, I am shocked.

There is a lot of really specific weird and bizarre stuff in those movies beyond "dumb action" and "Shia sucks". Since they're doing each movie I'm pretty confident they'll dig into the movies and not just make the same jokes for four hours. I mean these guys have done Star Wars Prequel and Schumacher Batman episodes without feeling stale, I don't think Transformers is gonna gently caress them up.

I think the hardest I ever laughed at this podcast was during a mailbag maybe 2 or three months ago, when someone wrote in about finding a guy masturbating while watching an Adam Sandler movie on a phone. Before they got to that part of the email, Steve laughed at the thought of a ringtone of Sandler's idiotic "a doo bah doo bah duh" laugh and what it would be like if your phone went off during a meeting with that ringtone. While that in itself was loving hilarious, Andrew really upped it. Steve was trying to do double duty as the ringtone and the person holding the phone in the scenario he imagined: "a doo bah doo bah duh" "oh I'm sorry I can't turn it off" "a doo bah doo bah duh" and Andrew had the showmanship to recognize he should jump in and take over the voice of the guy holding the phone, so Steve could do just the ringtone. I know I'm describing this like really badly, but if you heard that episode I think you'll agree, Andrew jumping in like that was perfect. Hats off.

All four of these guys have crazy chemistry with each other, and that's become even more evident since they've been doing the show consistently as a quartet

Theory: Demi Moore's character in Disclosure is the same as her character in Blame It On Rio and that's how she became a weird sexual deviant.

Someone said she was a "sexual predator" and then Steve I think made the Predator clicking/purring noise. There was that second before it clicked and then I laughed very loud at work. I had to get up from my desk and take a walk. The last two episodes were fantastic.
