Google translate says the reversed text is "desh" which sounds a lot like daish, which is the Islamic state acronym in Arabic. Can a Hebrew speaker PLEASE tell me her tattoo is the Hebrew version of getting ISIL tattooed on yourself?

That could be. There's just something weird about the skin around the mouth, though, like it's darker than the surrounding skin in a way i don't see why a tattoo artist would bother detailing. The creases make sense, the overall darkness makes less sense. then again what would i know, i dn't have a tattoo of a mouth on my leg
