Am I the only one who thinks they got the review spot on?

The goal line is painted to the back of the post, including padding, the ball is clearly touched before it clears the back of the padding, and then also hit's the post before clearing it.

The whole of the ball didn't cross the line, but like another centimeter and that's a goal for sure.

I don't even understand how there is any kind of debate over that call. The ball is clearly touched before it's fully past the goal post padding.

It hitting the back of the post has nothing to do with it, though. If it had gone a cm further and been hit back into the post it would have been a goal, but it was touched before it cleared the line.

That's on top of the Suns losing Hall, Barlow, Matera and Rosa this week (while getting back Miller, Harbrow and Thompson).

Even so I still expect the Saints to poo poo the bed and lose by 40+ points.

He's lost at least a couple of kilos in beard hair alone.

Nah hasn't played in the VFL but I'm pretty confident that if the club had any doubts about him at all they wouldn't send him to Perth coming off a soft tissue injury.

Didn't catch that but seems about right. We've had a few great starts and a few fade outs (even when we have ended up winning like the Geelong game for example).
