Semi-shitpost about trading system in Path of Exile, which is "spiritual successor" to Diablo 2, and does not have auction house (or equivalent), or even gold system. There are several dozens of currency types, and you have to talk to people to trade and barter, which whips nerds into fury for years at end. The situation, for these people, is even worsened by the fact that some people do not glue themselves to monitor, and that there external goods catalogues exist and are very useful.
