In Peru there's these pastie-type things, a baked pastry shell filled with soup, I think they're called empanadas, a friend of mine had one of them in the Cuzco markets and had to fly home earlier and miss the rest of the ornithology congress because he caught amebiasis from it. I also ate like three of them and didn't get the amoeba of death, they're delicious A+ would risk disease again.
