It feels kinda weird that some people made a new game a couple years ago, then spent the next two years making it better in every way. No bullshit, no two steps forward one step back, no taking things in a “new direction”, no slapdash port with one tiny new thing to justify a repurchase. Just “yeah that worked out, let’s make it all even better”. Feels like that happens so rarely in games, in media, in software. I guess I could be in for a rude surprise, but it sure seems good from here. Can’t wait for this game.

For games like Mario Kart and Splatoon, you end up waiting for everybody playing to load before the match starts so it doesn't matter unless you're playing single player. Internal memory loaded digital games are fastest, then digital on sdcard depending upon how fast the sdcard is, but the carts aren't much slower.
