I usually love this goofy sort of poo poo, but I'm afraid that picture's too grainy and dark to say much of it; between the perspective and the context, it could be a normal-sized person in a sheet closer to the camera, or a sheet propped up on a hat rack or some such. Maybe it's just because the material I generally work with is much more gauche, but I love that; it's beautiful as a sculpture. And apparently terrifying as an animatronic, which is still awesome.
