Got 1 blue and 4 reds on my first pull. Didn't get Delthea, but figured I'd try for Fury fodder some more since I'm still dry. No Hinatas at all, but I got a +Atk Gray! ...which is -Spd of course. This is today's reminder that the IV system is awful and you should feel bad for getting even mildly excited about a 5* pull.

Pulled a Hinata in that last go, and I still have to kit out Anna and Sharena. Sharena's fine with her existing a slot right? and Anna wants fury/vantage/whatever c clot and...what. Positioning assist? Ardent sacrifice? Dunno what special she wants either.

In other news, people did testing and Cancel Affinity doesn't affect Raven tomes, just Triangle Adept and the gem weapons. So Bride Cordelia isn't going to rip everything apart just yet.

Did some pulls, and my new units are Roderick, Luke, and Roy. Rod and Roy are both 4 stars (yay, now I only have 4 movies left to get), but Luke is 5 stars and reset my pity rate. After hearing some of his quotes, his voice makes me want to punch him in his poorly drawn face.

Got a Gray (+HP/-Res) and Mathilda (+Def/-HP). I only wanted Gray for Sword Valour to make grinding SP for other units easier so I'm not bothered about his IVs, but I'm guessing that Mathilda is probably no good.

Lol, I went to try and pull a Sonya. All three times the game gives me zero green orbs. Sure gonna get a lot of use out of the 4 star Raigh and 2 more three star Subaki's. What a God drat terrible mechanic.

The alternative is just pulling fifteen times without realizing you never had a chance at a green in the first place It's not like the game randomly determines orb colors, then fills them in with characters. It picks five characters, then displays their colors.

For +res -def sonya, what would be the best b skill? I was thinking g tomebreaker to round her out as a mage baiter, but most mages in arena are blue so maybe doubling down with b tomebreaker would be better. Also quick riposte doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

Pulled a Sonya with one pull, got her... -ATK/+DEF. I vaguely care more about having her than making her the most powerful individual, so I guesss that's fine. Then pulled once on the swimsuit banner, got Summer Tiki with +ATK/-DEF. Good enough! I don't have to pull for three thousand years now.

I've rolled enough Odins and Nileses and FCorrins to +10 them, probably some other units too. Luckily FCorrin is solid and Odin is good for skill inheritance. Niles is good for turning into feathers.

Planning on something like Dark Aura/flex/Iceberg/Fury/Desperation/flex on my (+spd/-def) Delthea. This is a pretty bogstandard fast mage build but I wanted to double check I wasn't missing some reason why a non-standard build would be better for her specifically.

Whoever pointed out that Alfonse doesn't need to be a 5* to use an inherited brave sword is my goddamn hero. For some reason I thought inherited skills could only be used by units who have the same rank that the mulched unit needed to be to learn it  4+10 units suddenly make a whole lot more sense.

I wonder if Life and Death or Fury would be better for Sonya. LaD means that my -RES Sonya will be at 24 which is kind of disappointing, but she hits 39 speed that way. Fury puts her at 37 speed, but gives her enough bulk to easily survive unbuffed Reinhardts. The basic principal was to bait the flier with Minerva, which is practically the only productive bait in the entire map since Leon and Sonya are on defensive terrain. had to waste turn one getting her into position but with a dance/movement skill you could do it immediately.
