I got a 3DS XL, Hey! Pikmin, Xenoblade, and Super Metroid yesterday. Xenoblade is pretty cool so far, I finally got to the "things go wrong" RPG scene after the tutorials.

PSA: Keep your fetishes safe, everyone. It might not easy to explain why you've been letting Sonic get closer and closer to drowning for your epic edge sesh, but what are video games for if not to live out your secret desires.

Since Heart's Medicine has turned this thread on to casual mom games I want to mention that Hero of the Kingdom is 90% off and it's a great chillax hidden object/inventory management game with generic RPG trappings.

It's fun for moms-to-be, too, if my wife is any metric. She's also a fan of Dream Daddy and Cook, Serve, Delicious.

NANI?

Yeah :(

Trouble is I think only the GBA version has an English translation and backporting that to the SNES version, which they have to emulate for MM7, is beyond the effort Capcom is capable of.

E: actually it's all ports not emulation I think so it's just Crapcom being themselves

I think I would like Delicious more than Heart's Medicine, if the Emily levels in that game are any indication. I like the time management aspect more than the mobile phone minigames, which got really annoying by the end.

Key-tapping minigames are fine, though. I am really looking forward to Cook Serve Delicious 2

The Fabulous games are closer to Delicious in that regard. Just time management, no minigames. Also extremely ridiculous stories.

Better than the first one in my opinion (the recent Mighty Gunvolt Burst is pretty good too, it's basically MN9 only fun to play).

I'm cautiously anticipating Before the Storm despite everything going against it (Chloe's new voice actress, DontNod having little to no involvement in its production, the fact that it's even more unnecessary than most prequels considering the first game basically told us all we needed to know, etc.), still probably worth a shot though.

I like to run potential names through a few tests to see if they sound right.

"It's an honor to have you on the show, Senator Little Boss Waffles."

gently caress, skip the middle man and name the kid Senator. That's a pro strat right there.
