Is it me, or did this Ketchup vs Mayo splatfest turn into some kind of Furry vs Not Furry thing? I've seen a lot of furry not-Miiverse art for Mayo and a lot of "spill the blood of the furries" art for Ketchup. It's weirding me out.

What determines the number of points you get for a victory. I mostly got 4 for a victory but I saw a 3 once and a 5 in one match.

I'm at Ketchup Defender, and I may play a bit more tonight, but I'm probably just done with this fest. I don't think I'll win enough games to get the next rank in a decent amount of time. I've never won a turf war against a Mayo team, and a mirror match is just against the spirit of the whole thing.

Try-Slosher is a beast and getting me kill counts in the teens consistently, making the game more fun but I am inking a lot less turf as a result. Aerosprayer MG is getting me slaughtered but I am getting 2400-2500p per game with it. So the games are less fun because of the deaths but I'm actually getting a lot more XP and winning matches. Ugh.

From Ketchup Defender to Ketchup Champion was painful for me, almost all losses (mostly to other Ketchups). Champion to Queen was a breeze by comparison, only 2 or 3 losses.

I've fought and utterly destroyed fellow Mayo teams, but usually end up getting spawn camped by Ketchup teams on Shifty Station. So I feel like Ketchup is going to win.

 Finally reached Ketchup King. I used the Rapid Blaster in all but a few rounds, and it is good. Those ink mines come in handy. However, it really doesn't work in Moray Towers as well as I'd hope, so had to switch to a different weapon. I played a clear majority of rounds against Team Ketchup, but of those against Team Mayo most were won, so it doesn't go down to me in the unlikely scenario that we'd lose.

SO whats the best way to get useful abilities? No matter what I try to rank up I keep getting ink slowdown resist, respawn shortener, quick super jump, the one with the purple squid and the timer, and rarely, the special power increase. I want faster ink refill and swim speed up but I never ever see them.

Two things affect what skills you roll: -The brand of the clothing item (each brand has a skill it's more likely to roll and a skill that's less likely) -Drinks from Crusty Sean (you get tickets for these from playing Salmon Run) If your favourite clothes come from brands whose skills you don't want, you'll probably have to use drinks to improve your odds. Here's the list:  There's also the ability chunk system that lets you control exactly what skill gets put on your clothes, but it takes an unholy amount of time/cash to grind for what you want.

I need help with terf war. I've managed to get to b- and still climbing in the ranked modes and feel I understand how they work or at least how to improve. With terf war I'm always dead last and the only time we win is when the other team is filled with bad players or they have a leaver. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong; I ink everywhere I can but it's almost always just a flat loss by 10+. Grinding up to queen has had my switch battery get low twice now and I still have another 25 points to get. In ranked I usually brush but that doesn't seem to be anywhere as useful in terf war so I tried the tri slosher everyone says is OP but I can barely hit anyone with it.

It's very good at splatting others with out needing great aim and using minimal hits. I think the aerosprayer MG is great at just covering ground quickly. Some levels are different than others. Like on the Towers I find that if I break through to the opponents side and ink their turf we have it won. It's too hard to take it back and too linear to catch up with someone that made a break

Matchmaking is struggling. Also when the average power on a team hits 2000 poo poo gets real serious. Very low scoring matches that are tense the whole way through and everyone knows how to dodge and weave.
