TERFs tend to be the kind of feminist who literally view feminity as sacred or magical. That quickly leads to all sorts of lovely RW views, like women are meant to produce children or whatever. It's why swerfs overlap that Venn diagram so much too. They see them as befouling their purity. Put a TERF and a Fundy in a room together, and their main difference of opinion is whether a woman should submit to a man and not have a job before pounding out babies.

I always thought TERFs were the kind of radical extremist feminists who write small publication articles in punk zines about the patriarchy and microaggressions and run businesses where they charge men more for being men, not new age hippy mothers  Like from everything I've seen from people labeled TERFs they're trans-exclusionary because they view transwomen as the patriarchy trying to co-opt their struggle and also invade their safe spaces.

This one is amazing. It's not actually doing anything wrong, but that's a very odd selection of metrics to show in a single graph and a very unusual way of presenting each of them. It's perfectly readable if you make the effort. I can tell, for example, that the vast majority of bowling is done after noon, with a peak of about 7pm, and that bowling's popularity has remained constant. But still...

This one is pretty great even apart from the numbers. "Items on board [a boat] most named as useful" and it features things like "sails" and "anchor". poo poo, guys, if only we hadn't forgotten the sails, they'd really come in handy right now. e: "anchor" is one point ahead of "anchor winch" so I reckon 1 out of 100 boat owners has gotten pretty strong over the years.
