it really depends on the consistency of the diarrhea, its not all the same its on a spectrum. that said, you can always say slurping diarrhea and be correct every time.

I would say you 'eat a bowl of gazpacho' even though you could drink it with a straw, so assuming said diarrhea is of similar consistency I would still say 'eat', unless it is in one of those funny beer can hats or something in which case drink up
