In both Bugs Life and Antz, the characters who betray the queen/colony are the male-voiced characters who the queen feels obligated to delegate to. However you read into that, the men are still the ones doing more harm than good.

Though I'm not sure if they ever did Season 1 or 2 cuz I didn't watch it online so yeah I dunno either.
