Serious answer: there was a time when people would quote Borat incessantly, and it became quite irritating. Then everyone stopped doing it, and now it's funny again, because why are you quoting Borat in 2017? Same reason he goes back to the Austin Powers well from time to time, except Austin Powers actually had a few good jokes in it.
