CMLL News Post from yesterday: 9/1 Grand Prix and 9/16 Anniversario will be iPPVs. They think the GP will be about $6 and maybe like $9 for the Anniversario. Anniversario's two headline matches will be Niebla Roja vs. Gran Guerrero and Zeuxis vs Princesa Sugehit, both por la mascara. Juice Robinson has arrived in Mexico and several of the foreign Grand Prix guys will be sprinkled into cards over the next few weeks as a lead up to the Grand Prix. From Tuesday's Arena Mexico show, I thought the Drone vs. Puma King lightning match was very good. That's a link to its starting point on the feed.

Just got back from Arena Mexico and it was a very interesting experience. The matches honestly were kind of meh overall with the co-main being my favourite. The atmosphere was amazing though. Unlike anything I've ever seen in live wrestling. Unfortunately it was absolutely pouring before the show so it was difficult to do much browsing outside the arena beforehand. Also, I saw Rush walking around before the show so I was bummed that he didn't make any kind of appearance. I hate Matt Taven and so does everyone else in Mexico. Finally, I'm still amazed at how big a star Mark Jindrak is here. Blows my mind.
