Something feels off to me after a few games(i.e. sprintout time, hitmarker visibility, etc.), but that might just be whiplash after playing IW/BO3. I'm still having fun, for what it's worth.

So uh... the M1. You can MANUALLY RELOAD THE M1 GARAND. AND THE PING ALWAYS SOUNDS, EVEN THROUGH SOLID ROCK. Also War Mode can be dumb and a way to get Unlock Tokens. Shotgun/Rocket Launcher combo best idea.

It's been throwing me off all day. I'm used to picking the Garand and having a moment every several minutes where I subconsciously press square only to find, whoops! Can't manually reload a Garand. Having it actually work that way this time around just feels off. Wrong, even.

Is it just me or do the maps suck? They feel small and sort of haphazardly laid out. However this is the first call of duty I've played since Modern Warfare 2 so I'm probably just used to huge rear end maps now.

I just now finally got a chance to play and I gotta say, I'm impressed. The TTK is pretty drat good. I get a lot of kills, and I can take a few hits and still get the gently caress out of the way before I insta die. So far, I'm having fun. Like 1000x more fun than I had in the IW beta. Anybody playing tonight?

As for pulling it back and ejecting, that is definitely wrong but probably is there for balance reasons.

Yeah the LMG's suck. Shotguns are really fun and the double barrel is amusing because if you are lined up right you'll kill the guy every time. I may try to grind that one so i can reload faster. But it seems like SMG'are the way to go.

The starter shotgun blows with incendiary rounds since there's a very small range that isn't one shot range while also still in range for burn to finish them. Just use regular rounds with that and go hog wild. The luftwaffe, however, is a loving monster with advanced rifling and incendiary rounds.
