It's nice when it works but I feel like just shooting the Drizzler in his stupid face is far more consistent way to get rid of him, especially if someone is there helping you.

** Lost Outpost Glowfly tip ** Stand on the square behind the bucket. (it's in front of a window) Face away from the window. Ink the wall to your left. Whoever has glowflies will just keep climbing the inked wall (there's a rim so you can't jump over) while his/her partners splat all the salmonids under their position on the wall. Salmons shouldn't push you out the window and they'll keep forming a group under that spot. They can't splat the person on the wall either. Congrats, you just made glowflies on outpost easy as poo poo.

The best part of taking a week off from splatoon 2 is that low ranks aren't a free for all of players who are C-S rank. People in A rank with me feel consistently like 3/4 star players, and that means climbing to S from this point shouldn't be hard.
