I think so. I'm not sure how many ships he's marching with. Also Dancer said in discord that Lannister might not be attacking anymore. Still waiting on confirmation.

To clarify, yes Lannister is currently marching, with both boats, and battle will happen as soon as I have both cards. Martell's order will also be executed (though I'm still allowing it to be changed in the meanwhile, if asked for), and then it's Stark's turn.
