 I don't understand how something that looks like this can demand those system requirements considering that it's just some idiot making a complete mess of a game with Unity, but that's probably the exact reason why it demands them. Also apparently 'The Hat Man' is some sort of "real" thing which will haunt you so he can tip his fashionable headgear to you but I can't see why some stupid oval office in a poo poo hat wound up being a spooky legend worth making a terrible game about.
